Beth is the Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer at Unum where she is responsible for managing the company’s corporate ethics and compliance program. A 20+ year Unum employee, Beth has worked in a variety of roles in the Unum law department, including Government and Regulatory Affairs and Business Operations Law.

Beth is a current Board Member of the Women’s Fund of Greater Chattanooga and the former Board Chair of Chattanooga Goodwill Industries.
