Cancer coverage extends beyond financial support

A 29-year-old vibrant, young wife and mom of two young kids sitting in the exam room. The diagnosis – metaplastic breast cancer – was a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer that represents less than 1 percent of all cancer cases.

Latoya Taylor truly understands the value of a cancer policy and support from family, friends, coworkers and Colonial Life.

Latoya, a Colonial Life employee, spoke about her journey at the company’s all-employee meeting in February 2018. Following her story, she was joined on stage by her mom, husband, and two-year-old son Cayden.

Colonial Life President and CEO Tim Arnold reminded Colonial Life employees that every claim paid represents a human being who depends on us during a time of need.
